We offer a risk-free, 7-day trial on every purchase. From the moment your order is placed (or your digital product is activated), you have seven full days to evaluate it: if at any point during that week you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us for a 100 % refund—no questions asked.
If you decide to keep the product past your trial, you still have an additional 15 days (days 8–22 after purchase) in which to request a full refund. To be eligible, the product must be in substantially the same condition as delivered: for physical items, this means unused and in its original packaging; for digital goods, it means you have not permanently exported, shared or otherwise materially altered the files.
To initiate a refund, contact us with your order number, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund. We’ll confirm receipt within one business day and, once approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to seven additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note that shipping and handling charges on physical products are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom, made-to-order, and gift-card purchases are excluded from this policy unless required by local consumer-protection laws.
